Dried flowers, once vibrant, now stand as a remembrance of those lost, holding the traces of lives interrupted. Composed of 40 individual floral squares, the piece blends the essential elements of Israeli life: the deep blues of the sea, the warmth of golden sunlight, and blooms once alive in celebration and joy.
Created through the cyanotype process and toned with natural dyes like tea and turmeric, the images range from muted to vibrant. Prussian blue cools the images, while the natural dyes infuse them with the grounding tones of daily life in the kitchens, gardens, and quiet rituals of home.
